Procedure text tentang cara membuat pizza yang saya berikan di bawah ini dibuat dengan tiga langkah. Pertama membuat roti pizza kemudian membuat saus dan tahap ketiga baru membuat pizza secara keseluruhan. Semoga bermanfaat bagi Anda.
Ingredients for the bread
- 5 grams of instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 500 grams of high protein flour
- 10 grams of salt
- 375 ml of warm water
- 50 grams of olive oil
How to make the bread
- Dissolve the yeast in conjunction together with the sugar and a little warm water.
- Let the yeast work along 5 minutes.
- Stir flour and salt together. Then pour the yeast mixture. Knead until it comes to be well blended. Add the remaining of warm water and also olive oil. Stir until well blended.
- Move the dough onto the table.
- Then continue to knead until the dough change to be smooth and elastic.
- Once the dough is smooth, save the dough into the bowl that has been spread with a little oil to avoid sticking.
- Close by using the plastic wrap and let it for 40 minutes until fluffy.
- After 40 minutes, hit the dough continuously so the wind is out.
- Divide the dough with weighing 150 grams for each of them.
- Prepare a round pizza pan with a 24 cm diameter. Spread the oil on the pan.
- Spread the thin dough to make the pizza’s peel on the all the surface of the pan. It means that the dough covers the pan to make a thin layer.
- Let it for 10 minutes.
Ingredients for the sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 5 tablespoons of chopped onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 8 tablespoons of ketchup
- 6 fresh tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of oregano powder
- 1 teaspoon of basil leaves powder
How to make pizza’s sauce
- Heat the olive oil, then saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Enter the tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano powder, and basil leaves powder. Cook until boiling and thickened then remove and let it cool.
Final Step of Making Pizza
Ingredients for pizza toppings
- 50 ounces of grated cheddar cheese
- 2 pieces of sliced sausage beef and cut rounded according to your taste
- 2 pieces of fresh sliced tomatoes
- 50 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 pieces of smoked beef
- 1 pepper, dispose the seeds and cut into squares
- 10 pieces of mushrooms
- 1/2 onion, sliced into boxes
How to make the pizza
- After a pizza peel that you have created is expanding, prick the skin surface continuously using a fork.
- Rub the surface of the skin with a sauce that has been cold until it cover the surface of the pizza peel.
- Arrange the topping ingredients and cover the all surfaces with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it cooked perfectly and mozzarella cheese changes to be melted.
- Serve the pizza in a warm condition with your favorite chili sauce and ketchup.
